Your Parrot Is Male Or Female In This Video?

My parrots are pretty fine with me. But yeah they don't allow me to pet them. But rest they are very comfortable around me. They are not scared when my hand is inside their cage. But whenever i try to reach them they just fly away from here to there. I keep them outside the cage for 2-3hrs. Playing peekaboo every time i came near to their cage. I change their cage's place 3 times a day so that they are not bored inside the cage too. That's why they don't hate me or scared of me but the only thing is that i can't pet them. They eat by themselves. 1 is with me from last 7 months another one is with me from last 3 months.
Please suggest me.

If the parrot is tamed it will learn talk, keep saying/teaching him one word after other words
