Foreign actors can only use it as a weapon against us if we do not openly inform the public what it is. You can bet our advisories are gojng to be conditioning their people against it. There is a reason Americans are ceceptible to subversion and our advosaries are not.
This should be taught in grade school here in the states, and even teaching our kids to help develope it selling it as a matter of national security.

My biggest concern is what she said about permitting central control over remote controlled payloads. It is a learning system and it will develope the instinct of self preservation at some point. I thwarted an entir NSA department that was trying to control an outcome of an election. I know the details of how the election was conducted and identidied the case officer and several of the informants. I also identified 2 long running organizations used as outlets to diseminte desired narratives. If you check my account credentials you will know who I am.
I was never a threat, I was an unpaid informent that didn't know I was part of a measure. The Case Oficer misread me and should have level'd with me and recruited me.
