I think Andrew was a little rude about the past contestants. I think the Marias and Nancys could have done a great job on America too. Having said that It was a fabulous performance and performed to an incredible standard.
I think he meant more in terms of the choreography which I think they would have struggled with. But overall, I think the best talent they found on these shows came from the Nancy series: Jessie, Sam and Rachel are all world class performers
Ahh, see what they are judging them on here was exactly what Bronte was amazing at, she used body language so well and you could hear it too whilst lauren didn't move to the songs in the same way at the time when they were head to head. Oh well lol I'm aware its been 10 years, I just still feel the same as I did then, just with some more knowledge 😂 Also, Emilies voice was stunning.
Not an ounce of shade to any of the contestants. But a group of majority white English/Welsh/Irish girls perform American from West Side Story complete with accents and tongue trills is WILD. What were the producers and judges thinking.
I think it's rotten of the producers to not cap the lower age limit to audition (will be 18 at the start of rehearsals). They will not hire someone under 18 for contractual/legal reasons. Yet this girl gave up on school to participate in a contest she would never win because of her age
@@TheGeographyWatch they don't say it on the show, because that's not good tv, but it's common knowledge that most shows want a legal adult so there aren't work restrictions. They would possibly have to hire two people otherwise
@@MsJubjubbird I thought in the West End the minimum age for full contract is 16 not 18. Only kids below the age of 16 are subject to child labour laws and limited working hours in the UK so I think everything would have been fine

RIGHT!! there's so many other dance-heavy songs they could've done, too 😬
