I have wide feet and these fit me great, I never notice them slipping or moving with Pure Grip Socks Pro . I came from solely playing with Copa Mundial’s so these feel absolutely 🔥. I feel so light on my feet and so much more control on the ball and my first touch. So I got these despite what everyone says and I love them. Sometimes it would be nice to hear a different perspective, not only comparing to the previous models.
I don't know why many people like speedflow, I have a pair of it and it is sticky to the ball which makes it very hard to dribble. I have many other top tier boots and yet it is the only pair that has this unacceptable trait
@@emmettz6729 grip is not a bad thing, just adjust for it. The Speedflow has been the best speedboot Adi has made in more than a decade, only other good ones were the F50 2014, 2015 and X Purespeed and Purechaos
My only problem is just the durability since I got my cleats in april and it has 2 holes and small rip. But I love the boots and how its easy to break on

Speedportal is a dud, predator accuracy doesn’t look promising, and the upcoming copa pure is reported to not have k-leather…adidas is down bad right now
Controversial opinion but I actually prefer the speedportal .1 vs speeflow .1 the fit suits my foot since I have a high big toe. And the lockdown is hurley better, the heel is actually very nice on the .1 not as bulky as the plus. The midfoot squeeze is something I love, way tighter feeling than even a mecurial which surprised me. The forefoot is wider than the mercs but I would say overall the new merc are wider overall. The speedportal .1 does have a slightly firm upper but it is thinner than the mercs and I really enjoy it (it's not sock like if your into that). And ilthe tooling is amazing. When I tried the speedlow, they had poor lock down due to the stretchy upper, and the very low toe box meant I literally couldn't wear them

Montebelluna tiempo will be nicer and more expensive. Just get the Morelia made in Japan if you are going to spend that kind of money for a way better boot
Honestly the Montenbelluna tiempos are more like a collection pair rather than a play pair even tho you can play. I say just go for a pair of Mizuno Morelia 2 elites if not the MIJ if you are going to spent that amount of money
the toe box in this boot is EXTREMELY high. I find the toe area of my feet slipping A LOT. of course grip socks make it better but come on. it's really sad we rely on grip socks these days to have moderate stability in boots.
ONCE the Speedflows came out in 2021, I directly thought „they will be goated“ … was the Same thing with the X18/X19 and the X Ghosted - the latest X always gets worse So … will the New Adidas X, which will available at the End of Next year, will be better than the X Speedportal? I Hope so!
if you go down a size and have like 0 spcae in the lengt would probably be better then a litt bitt space that makes you toe go forward and the heel to go upp ?
I wouldn’t have mind way too much if they had kept many of speedflow concepts and stuffs but with tweaks however this is trying to go back to the days of the early f50s. That keeping the same formula working with tweaks is something I will say the predator and f50 line was good at until that disaster called the pred X
I got the Copa Sense plus on discount for like 202 dollars. The boots are great for me. Very comfortable and for like a few matches I got blisters. I feel like I got them because I’ve never wore Copa’s before. They are great. Great lockdown and feels amazing.
The build quality of the speed flows and the speed portals is awful! Don’t waste your money. My daughter has been through 2 pairs of speed flows and 2 pairs of speed portals in the last 60 days due to separation of the toe box and the sole. Though we have been adidas buyers for years the quality has made us look for different options.
I agree, Adidas' quality is dropping very fast. And as Josh has been saying since the Speedportals were released, everything else that competes with them is better: Ultra, Air Zoom Mercurial, Tekela, Furon, even Mizunos.
