    These are great tips! Especially what you say about not rolling down your spine, just focusing on the upper back and moving your shoulder blades out of the way. I normally roll all the way down my spine so I will stop doing that now. Thank you Liz!

    would a massage gun create the same results?

      Massage Guns are great just hard to hit most of these areas except the calf.
