Outro: Petzold - Minuet in G
Hello, I'm Rousseau, I make piano covers of classical and pop songs with a reactive visualizer. New videos every Monday and Thursday!
#Rousseau #Piano #PianoCover
After the previous mashup, many of you asked for this, so here it is - Vivaldi's Winter! This along with Summer are my favorites from The Four Seasons. This set of works is why most people know about Vivaldi, but did you know he wrote over 500 concertos? As a composer he was incredibly prolific, and during his time he was also a teacher and a priest. His music went on to influence the later works of Bach too, who had a great admiration for his work. I hope you have an excellent Thursday ♥
omg, i´ve been wanting this since the massup! thankss
Rousseau, can you please do Humoresque No. 7 by Dvorak? ❤️
Absolutely beautiful!
Hey how about St0rm?
Does this mean you are going to play summer as well?:D

It's a double drop 2:39.... Epic stuff. The foundation for the music of our modern era.
And the most pretty

I don't understand why people dislike this. Is it just because? This was masterfully done.
No it's because the four seasons were composed for string ensembles, not a piano. It's not bad here, but it does feel like something is lacking compared to the original piece.

This really shows how unique every instrument is, like, he was playing the right notes, at the right tempo, but it sounded really different to the violin version. It shows how every instrument is special to an orquestra in their own way.

@@AfrimeKajbePiano is better.
@@EinkleinerVogelsorry bro but not for this song
no it doesn't show how unique an instrument is, I know since I've played piano for at least around 10 years now and should know that some parts of this piece where he plays that sound off, is his own variation of how he wants to play it, such as the main chorus not sounding as loud, or vibrating or long lasting notes is for the fact he chose not to do this because he used his or her own variation of the song as they must become bored of playing the same thing over and over as I have done.
Vivaldi:- "I will compose a song, no one would be able to play on the piano."

Vivaldi
Seasons - winter.
The composer shows winter as monotonous, dead. At the first notes, you can see sharply changing pictures: a frozen river, completely motionless; bare trees that do not play with leaves, but simply stand, do not flutter; white fields of snow that go far beyond the horizon; not a single living soul... Winter tries to cheer up nature - at first it slowly tries to cheer everyone up, and then it completely dissolves: heavy snow begins to fall, a Blizzard covers everyone. And winter and fun such dances. Only she doesn't know what she's doing.
Then the forest tries to negotiate with this time of year, so that it will go away sooner. Winter doesn't like it and tries to cheer up the world again. But no one wants her to repeat her dancing. Winter still, in anger, is already performing its pirouettes, throwing a storm at everyone. She dances for a splash of emotions and shows her real anger in the guise of joy...
:)

Rousseau always uploads on the worst days, but his music manages to make it 10x better.
I like both Rousseau and kassias version of Winter, Kassia puts a lot of emotion into hers and it is more dramatic than Rousseaus and may sound better because it is more advanced and she uses peddle for the chorus, but Rousseau doesn’t use the peddle and even though his may be simpler, it demonstrates a different feeling, more like representing the soft snow falling on a cold winter morning with the soft trills at the start (which takes a lot of control btw). They are both beautiful arrangements of Vivaldis piece and create different feelings which I think is wonderful. ❤😊
