Outro: Beethoven - Moonlight Sonata (1st Movement)
Hello, I'm Rousseau, I make piano covers of classical and pop songs with a reactive visualizer. New videos every Monday!
#Rousseau #Piano #PianoCover
Beethoven. Moonlight Sonata. 3rd Movement. This has been one of the most requested pieces that I perform on this channel, and since it has been 6 months since the channel has started, I decided to have this one ready for you. For the next few months I'm away from home, however I spent this September making a new video almost every day, meaning weekly videos will continue until the end of the year and then onwards! Hopefully you all enjoy, there's a lot more craziness to come!

When Beethoven passed away, he was buried in a churchyard. A couple days later, the town drunk was walking through the cemetery and heard some strange noise coming from the area where Beethoven was buried. Terrified, the drunk ran and got the priest to come and listen to it. The priest bent close to the grave and heard some faint, unrecognizable music coming from the grave. Frightened, the priest ran and got the town magistrate.
When the magistrate arrived, he bent his ear to the grave, listened for a moment, and said, "Ah, yes, that's Beethoven's Ninth Symphony, being played backwards."
He listened a while longer, and said, "There's the Eighth Symphony, and it's backwards, too. Most puzzling." So the magistrate kept listening; "There's the Seventh... the Sixth... the Fifth..."
Suddenly the realization of what was happening dawned on the magistrate; he stood up and announced to the crowd that had gathered in the cemetery, "My fellow citizens, there's nothing to worry about. It's just Beethoven decomposing." Edit: the guy who sent the message before is my friend and he allowed me so please no hate comments

After 3 long agonizing years of learning, I can finally play this.
I wish I could play like this. But my hands and brain were fried from just watching this.
Naya H you’re ok I started off thinking like that but your more capable then you think
I am a grade 1 undergraduate in piano. Spent only 3 months in piano, being poor af but i finished the beginner and prep in two months (john thompson) then made it to grade 1 in month 3. Originally, i am an ouido keyboardist but i heard the haunting 1st movement of this in detective conan/case closed then i started my pursuit for the score. I found it in a michael aaron piano book grade 4 (i didnt know internet that time), then i studied the piece on my own for 15 days, reading slowly til i completed it.
Years later i was given a casio piano book with lots of advance grade pieces. So far i was able to read next sonata pathetique 2nd movement and fur elise. But i only have a 61 key keyboard and only have access to a piano at school.
I wish I could play like this but í am tullido :v
Naya H Ikk
best I can do is beatbox and play hobbyist level piano at the same time. My hand to hand coordination isn't the best :/
the best part of this piece is when it sounds like it's going to end 3 times but it doesn't
He's just taunting the pianists by now.
"THINK THAT YOUR HANDS CAN REST NOW? SIKE BITCHES!"
First time I heard it - far too late in life! - I literally didn't want it to end.
the original ‘this isnt even my final form’
Typical Beethoven - the false ending
Those damn deceptive cadences!
Imagine being able to play this whole piece, that would be an incredible feat in itself.. now imagine creating it, thats a glimpse at Beethoven's genius.
imagine doing it deaf too
@@baldchessman he wasn't when he made it
@@adamtestouri6132 but almost deaf right? Don't know for sure but i think he lost a lot of his hearing abilities when he wrote it
Pretty new to classic so don't slaughter me pls
@@Randybobandy024 it wasn't almost, he was partially deaf

You are the best pianist I’ve ever seen. Your playing has been the biggest inspiration to me. I’m inclined to believe the spirits of Lizst, Chopin and Beethoven have manifested themselves through your hands.
As an 1800s kid, this brings back so many childhood memories 🗿
As a friend of Beethoven this piece is so nostalgic 🥲🥲
i heard beethoven play it live, those were the good days 🤭
2000 kids won’t know😔
🗿 indeed
@@InsDel_Phoenix aww man phenx what are you doing here 😟

Absolutely stunning and one of my favorite pieces of music!! Thank you for sharing!

I'm still better than Beethoven hahaha
Let's be honest here, Beethoven waaaaaaaay ahead his time, since he dropped this sick beat
I'm always baffled how his pieces are from 1800ish but sounds more recent than stuff from 1850
Some would argue this to be metal. But you'd have to clarify that what we know as metal is iron and this music is platinum or titanium with no impurities.
