I enjoyed this guided meditation, I could visualise all the plants and animals really clearly!
However, just one question - I learned a different breathing technique from another hypnobirthing channel (breathe in for 4, out for 8), would I be able to use this technique for your meditation tracks? The only reason being, that I find it a little difficult to get the breathing right whilst focusing on the meditation. I find the holding of breath between the inhale and exhale also makes me a bit panicky!
Other than that, I definitely felt more positive and calm after listening to this. And empowered, too! Thank you. 🙂

Ebyan Zanini if you prefer birdsong and water etc there are ones like that too. I know some people don’t like music so we have made some with Tibetan bells and birdsong etc. X
