These are among Mulgrew Miller's finest recordings. Of course, everything he recorded was great. Mulgrew, we miss you, but you have given us your beautiful music that will live forever.
Terrific Derrick Hodge,he's a surgeon, awesome!!!!
Its my pleasure to be the first in saying how much we miss you Mulgrew Miller...I'm so sorry you left us early. This one track here..describes your feel, harmony, touch and Man, does it swing. Danny Barrett

Concordo maestro, Mulgrew è straordinario, mi ricorda la registrazione di The Good Life di Oscar Peterson.

The Bass player is good,it’s the recording engineer/s they seriously got the sound balance wrong!!!
QUE RICO CLÁSICO EN JAZZ¡
Cuando vuelva a tu lado, título original de esta canción de la compositora mexicana María Grever...
muscular and smooth and everything i like about jazz piano. Is he hugely famous in the Jazz world, by comparison to others?
Unfortunately not but that being said, he didn't innovate much on the jazz piano canon which was at the time (and still is arguably) dominated by pianists such as McCoy Tyner, Herbie Hancock and Bill Evans.
Great playing Mulgrew. You left us too early. A pity.

This bass player has disturbing the band and the great M.Miller and not only on this album ! Very extravagant and ugly bass playing (because he thinks he is better than the great Mulgrew Miller) :( It's a pity really :(
