The people yapping about Python are the funniest. The title literally says "My Complete Tech Stack". Should he have included Python even though he doesn't write Python?
You should talk about the best way to learn php. I know there are many resources online and that affect beginners alot. As a professional developer, i know you have experience the same problems beginners are facing and there are resources you have used and have helped you in your journey. Please consider making a video on this to help beginners
This is mind blowing and very, very educational. Well as for me I just advice people to learn Javascript, C and Solidity (at least that's what I am doing at the moment). those are the backbone of everything tech. the rest (like; any other programing language, Stack, tools, frameworks etc) are just icing on the cake. Like no one cares what you are using as long as you get the job done, I'm just fed up of saying this all the time; Get. the job. DONE!
the stack you mentioned are good but some certain tasks require certain languages to make them efficient. The truth is you'll never do everything in tech, choose one path, learn the languages/technologies required and stick to it.
Full stack dev here. Node.js does support native MySQL connections and queries. 3:00 However, if you're using node as your backend, why try to connect directly to the database via client side JS? That's a serious security issue.
You literally replied to every comment. This is remarkable 😂👏🏻 I'm a full stack dev and i use same api method with PHP because it's also my first backend language. Unless i get a job stating i should work with python or nodejs, I'll always choose PHP. Amazing video ❤
My brother your video has been incredibly helpful and inspiring. I would be grateful if you could create a video on the best and easiest path to become a front-end developer. You are doing a great job, thank you.
Mr. Levi, nice job, nice videos so far, we are expecting more as we keep on learning. With your level of experience and expertise, we need a video from you for beginners, where to start from, a step by step guide tutorial on how to code.
Love from NIGERIA... I am 16 and i just finished secondary school. I made my mind In JSS3 To study computer science . I'm going to use this summer to learn code
I built a custom verification link thing where it updates the database when the user clicks the link, in real time, then that table is checked for the user's verification status. I like your stack
Am learning full stack so wanna ask do you suggest i do a full stack bootcamp course or i should self learn instead? Please bro reply am kinda conflicted on what to do
Like I always tell everyone, if you have the money to spare, attend a bootcamp or go to college, it'll help you for sure, college's and bootcamps have learning structure that is guaranteed to teach what you need to know. But if you don't have the cash, go the self-taught route, you'll need to be disciplined with you learning. create reasonable goals and make sure you hit them. regardless of if you went to a bootcamp or if you were self taught, when it come to getting a job, the person that knows the job more is more likely to get it.
I want to be a software engineer in PHP, and work for myself and also as a freelancer, can I stick to just PHP without the need of learning laravel framework?
@@levi_okoye Thanks, because I was thinking of building a school management system software using React Js and vanilla PHP which I can use to fetch money for myself, so after I learn laravel in the future, I can then migrate my vanilla PHP application to laravel
Yes I would like to see the mobile tech stack too please, mobile development is something I am interested in and I'd like to your approach to it. The API driven development you are taking sounds brilliant and will give me a reason to get into PHP for that sweet cheap hosting! A lot of gems dropped in this one💪 Thanks for sharing!

Please look into this deeply on how someone can follow your on speciality and become a professional programmer like you not minding what the one likes in other not lose focus
Hello Levi, I'm actually aspiring to be a full stack developer, and I'm learning python right now, I don't know if I can still achieve this career path with python. Please I need your advise
python is a very versatile language, as long as you learn it well, you'll be able to use it in many scenarios. But depending on the exact path you want to go down, you might need to learn other languages/technologies.
React is a frontend framework, you just have to call the API endpoints from your backend just like the way you call other API's. Core php allows you to create your own API system using Oop, it's quite flexible and easy to do, if done right.

Great run down. I prefer this PHP stack and I'm looking forward to trying it with Next JS
Good luck!

Thanks for sharing Levi. I'm someone interested in the web and mobile app development. Would like to see a video on mobile app dev stack too.

Amazing video. I've heard about them all but yet to dive deep into most of them.
Glad you enjoyed it! What’s your current tech stack?

PHP 8 is goated 🔥. People sleep on it, but php is honestly an amazing backend language
Couldn't agree more!
You've got cool stacks ❤

Yes, but you’ll need to understand PHP in depth if you don’t want to use a framework like laravel. But to answer your question, yes you can

this will be very hard to communicate over a comment, I'll have to make a video on that.
I just started with React and finding it dificult to route pages
You should start doing programming tutorials
Sir can i get the resources for the fundamentals of programming you discussed in one of your videos. Thank you
Superb
Thanks 🤗
Do a clerk video please.

Could you please make a video explaining firebase and supabase and when to use them?
will do!
Hi levi big fan could you also do your tech stack for mobile development
Kindly share your tech stack for mobile dev.
Thanks bro
Ok soon
Using vanilla PHP without a framework is really crazy.
So much security risks.
If you don’t know what you’re doing
@@levi_okoye let's be real.
As humans it's just best not to risk it.
Try laravel. It's wonderful and very secure
nice
Thanks
Pls Levi, can you drop a link to videos that explain HTML, CSS & JS with others, I can't find the link in your bio anymore
First love bro 💪
💪🏾
Please can you recommend any JavaScript tutorial for for beginners like me😢
what do you think about python django for backend development
That’s a solid option if you write Python
4:13 really 😂, who says you can’t
Ate you a self taught engineering
Yes, but I'm currently in college
I think svelte is the best for a newbie after html, css and javascript
You should try it out instead of vue or react although i personnally love react
I’ve never tried svelte, will do soon.
wow thanks for sharing
i really love your videos
but what about mongoDB
@@ElijahJacob3402 thanks, I don’t use mongoDB

You create endpoints in PHP and call it in react using fetch. It’s hard to explain in a comment, it’s something I’ll have to do a video on
you write vanilla php code no framework that is crazy bro i make use of laravel as the framework
Nobody is talking about Java. Is it a dead language? And i just finished a course on it.
Java is great, it just don't use it as part of my stack, it's an overkill for what I typically do
I also hate writing css code
Me and you both 😂
Cool, thanks Levi 👍
