Pug, a wisecracking 13 year old living on a dangerous Westside block, has one goal in mind: to join The 12 O'Clock Boys; the notorious urban dirt-bike gang of Baltimore. Converging from all parts of the inner city, they invade the streets and clash with police, who are forbidden to chase the bikes for fear of endangering the public. Pug looks to the pack for mentorship, spurred by their dangerous lifestyle. He narrates their world as if explaining a dreamscape, complemented with unprecedented, action-packed coverage of the riders in their element. The shot at 1:47 is amazing. The lens flare from Police helicopter is crazy. Great job capturing the moment.
This reminds me of my youth. Except I mostly watched sit-coms and ate Dorritos as I leaned a kitchen chair back at a semi-dangerous angle.

I'm from Baltimore and the area the 12 O'Clock Boys ride. I also attend stevenson University as a video major and I am happy this was put out I've always wanted to do do a Doc on them Thanks so much
It is strange but it's a way of life for some I'm not agreeing for some little kid to do this but when u grow up in a city like ours it's natural to see this .Philly is the same way. Usually when you see them you know SUMMER is here. They can be annoying while driving but it's fascinating as well

Sadly...this is depressing. :( At 13 he can be focusing on being a pipefitter, welder, engineer, doctor, artist, but he's given up so early to be an outcast.

The Hell's Angel's were emulated?
He made good decision. If someone wants to be a engineer, doctor etc. he must put some intrests at young age. Otherwise you will be shit at doing your job because you can't just learn stuff in college and university. I mean you can get some knowledge but you need extra 10- 20 years to gain experience. But why do something that didn't intrested you at young age ? It will affect meaning of your life. Joy. Word of life. (Drinking& Mates is not enough).
