This is not a 4 pole motor. 6 coils=2 pole. No load RPM will be (frequency X 120)/2. The connections do not matter, no connection can create coils that are not there to begin with. A Dahlander motor can double the number of poles by switching from a double Y to a delta connection. This changes the connections (parallel-series) to coils that are already in the stator. If I am incorrect, please explain how your connections work. Thank you.
