Zak McKracken - Everyone Dies Ending (Commodore 64 - Lucasfilm Games - 1988)

If all four characters die then the game ends. In this video, Zak dies by falling out of the UFO and not using the parachute, Annie gets ripped to shreds by the guardian of the Spinx, and Melissa and Leslie die from lack of oxygen on Mars.

I never tried killing everyone off like this. I knew how you could kill everyone off, I just never killed all four of them off.
I forgot how cool the sound effects were for the Guardian of the Sphinx when it happened. Props to Matthew Kane for the sound effects and Chris Grigg for the sound program.

You pretty much have to get it on purpose, it's not something that you're going to accidentally get... But yeah. they could have added in some text about how the aliens took over the world or something like that.
