Cool stuff man. Around my Area (east Tennessee and southwest Virginia) I find a lot of points made of cobble! I've never knapped it myself but our ancestors sure did
Nice stuff. Im still trying to get my support figured out. Seems like no matter how light my support the flakes seem to stop. Mabe i need more pressure support on flake?
Surface support will help them from breaking but it needs to start close to the edge and be even support along the length of the flake. Hope that helps
Hey man, do you think you could do a video just on support. Like where support is the most important for sketchy strikes. Ifeel like I got it for the most part, but trouble areas like the tip, or a thin midsection have me struggling a little.
Me who just looks for the stone to make it* I've found banded chert, some kind of grainy chert that's white to orangy, rainbow chert (multicolor with reds and purple) and yellow stone! All in hinder county :)

Thanks Scott!
This will help me out. I've got a little bit of chunky clunkers that are odd shaped. Gotta go get that money order.
Awesome! Thanks brother

Sure thing Richard 👍
That looks like it is some very tough stuff, must be the dark black that we used to find artifacts made out of here in east Tennessee.
