Very cool Bond island is a hidden jem.
Great footage but I think this is a mixture of islands/beaches in either Phi Phi Islands or around Krabi area (Railey, Ao Nang etc) and nothing on Phuket but I guess you put Phuket on as a title of the video for tourists who want to do the Phi Phi Tour from there. Anyway I've visited all of them and it is awesome. Personally I love Krabi a lot more than Phuket - drone views of Hong Islands and Poda plus Tup Islands close to Krabi would have been awesome

awesome pictures! Have you got a licence from thai government for filming with drone? I tried, but I was not successful, so you can give some advice, please?
I got insurance and went through the entire registration process, but never heard anything back. The authorities are not competent and it's not really worth the hassle. If you fly without disturbing people, no one will care. The rules are very loosely enforced. Good luck!

Welcome! Just be careful about cities and national parks, those are stricter. But islands like Koh Tao are very loose and no one cares about drones.
Nice shot and great filming. Just wondering if it’s that necessary to register and apply to fly in Phuket
Thanks! Probably not necessary as long as you stay away from crowds. Maya Bay has a lot of no drone signs and fines, but there are some nice hidden spots outside where you can launch and fly around without disturbing anyone.

Amazing video! Really stunning quality and great landscapes! Applaus! I have a quick question - did you go through the whole process of registering your drone for flying in Thailand? I've read terrible things about the rules there. I'm going in a week in Krabi and I don't have the time to do all that stuff and I'm starting to think of not taking my drone with me at all. Thanks for clarifying :)
Thanks! Yes I registered the drone, but some places may be OK with you flying if you ask them first. The rules are bad, but they are not strictly enforced. Enjoy Thailand!

What settings or filters did you use on your drone?
No filters, and default Mavic settings except with +3 color.

Love this mate, did you get all the necessary documents prior to flying eg; NBCT, CAAT, Liability cover ? I just got pulled in Chiang mai and took a 10000 bhat fine,,,had better days 😤
I went through all the registration/insurance hassle, but never got a response to my application. Better to just fly without it I think, it's a messed up process and a waste of money. I haven't had any issues so far, but you have to be careful where you fly.

Not in the park. But if you fly from outside and don't bother anyone, it may be okay.
