As Genesis fan for more than 40 yaers,I m proud to see young people knowing and playing the old stuff.Genesis music should be learnt at school,like Bach or Beethoven

I agree. As a fan also for decades, since 1971 in my case, It is so heartwarming to see young people enjoying the music especially the classic Gabriel and Hackett era.
Completely fabulous, from start to finish. I couldn't imagine anyone other than Gabriel singing this, but this girl's voice is an incredible fit.

You can listen a million times the lamia,it remains one of the most beatiful songs of the genesis.i have listened since 1973,today i am still 63 love them.
I totally agree. It is one of their best compositions, and I find this performance extremely moving. I have always liked this music, but somehow, as time goes on I appreciate its greatness more and more.

"Now it's 1:52 am, I'm lying down, reflecting on my life, and I hear my favorite song > "The Lamia", and tears run down my face, my spirit feels like flying free, from my physical body, which in the moment restricts it. I remember listening to "The Lamia" when I was 15 years old, which impacted me in a magical, beautiful way, and that listening to it to this day, I feel the same emotion. And this version of "SLEESH" , with this beautiful voice, and with this excellent musician, it is something that I close my eyes, and I go to beautiful places, carried by my soul, bringing a peace of mind that transcends. Gratitude for being able to feel all this magic, and to these two enlightened beings and talented musicians. I'm a drummer, and every time I play "The Lamia", I get very emotional, I see that teenager again, with long hair, listening to his "GENESIS" double album, at Jardim Botânico, Rua Visconde de Carandaí , close to Rua Pacheco Leão, where Rede Globo is located. I still have this album today, and I also have it on CD. Thank you "SL EESH", for the beautiful version of you 🙏♥️!"

No words, just splendid ! Can't wait to see you ever in Europe ( especially Belgium ) My first concert ever was the lamb lies down....1975 in Brussel. I was 18, with my girlfriend ( 16 ) and still my lovely wife ! A concert to never forget !

Hackett's guitar playing is superb but it's a Tony Banks composition wit Peter Gabriel's lyrics.
I had the opportunity to see genesis in his tour of the lamb in my city in '75 when I was very young, when listening to your excellent version my memories of that concert come back to my mind as if it were yesterday, every day you surpass yourself with the versions you make , good job and greetings from Spain

You guys do great justice to the prog rock of the 70s to 00s. It gives hope that work like Rush and Yes and King Crimson may live on in new voices. Songs that voices never share are so sad.
