I request your help. I bought this product. My Samsung 6 series TV supports ARC HDMI port (Its ARC but not eARC). My satellite speakers sound is very very slow. It hardly gives surrounding effect. I got this product replaced but facing same issues with 2nd one too. I want to understand if I am missing anything?

First of all all Dolby Digital surrounding effect sound will comes only on effect scenes
Surrounding speakers volume will low on normal scenes
Thats why all company provide low output power on rear speakers as compare to sub-woofer, left, right and center speaker
when you are watching Dolby Digital contents set the audio out to Dolby Digital
and enable Dolby atmos from your TV

5.1 have one Subwoofer & 5 channel speakers
but in 5.1.2 have extra two speaker for surrounding
so go for 5.1.2 for better sound output

I have a Panasonic 43 inch 4K Smart TV, which has a regular HDMI ARC port. When I saw your video for this soundbar, I was thinking to purchase this as this supports Dolby Atmos.
However, my question to you is that will this work on my Panasonic TV which doesn't has Dolby Atmos by default, but if I try to play any movie or show through Netflix, Prime Video or any other app which supports Dolby Atmos, so will this soundbar support Dolby Atmos in that case or not?

For Dolby atmos sound Your TV and Sound must support Dolby atmos. you have to connect TV to Soundbar by HDMI arc/earc
After that you will get Dolby atmos sound on Dolby atmos Supported Content on OTT apps

At First Try to understand, you can't direct connect your projector to soundbar.
For Dolby Digital sound you have to connect by Optical or HDMI arc/earc
Your projector doesn't have these ports. you have only one option to connect by Bluetooth.
