- Back Massage to Reduce Back Pain & Relaxation - ASMR I like to combine relaxation and therapeutic massage together for a complete experience for the body. Massage Therapy is a great way to Relax. Lower Back, Shoulders & Neck Massage. Some health benefits might be: relaxation, sleep, stress relief, anxiety, lower back pain relief, better circulation & removing knots and blockage in the body to aid with the natural healing process & better blood circulation around the body.

Massage is one of the best ways to help the body reduce tension and relax, to much in our daily live to we focus on work that leave very little time for family, friends and more importantly ourselves. It is important to take some time out of your busy lifestyle to treat your body with some relaxing massage, or deep tissue massage.
Watching Massage can be both relaxing and beneficial to the viewer also, ASMR is sometimes triggered watching someone receive a massage.
ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response it is described as a pleasurable tingling sensation that can be felt most commonly in the back of the scalp and down the spine but not limited to these area's.
I try to describe ASMR experience to people using something common like visiting a hairdresser, do you find the experience of someone focusing on you, the gentle touching of your hair, the sound of the scissors moving around you relaxing?
That would be a relaxing experience, watching ASMR video is like recreating that type of experience.
I believe most people can experience ASMR, to experience ASMR you need to find you trigger, common triggers will often be related to one person focusing on you or another person and watching this person focus or give them attention will trigger it.

Watching someone draw or paint
Sounds : Crinkle, Tapping, Scratching & multi layering of different sounds together
Almost anything can be a "trigger' for a persons ASMR everybody is different, you just have to find yours.

Your voice is extremely relaxing, and I like what you have done with Dmitri before. I would love to hear more sounds from you (like whispering). I often don't watch the videos, mostly just listen, so hand movements are not as good for me (though I know others love them).
I love Scarlett's delivery. Everything about her presentation is pleasing.
So wish she had more new vids the ones I've seen are 6 or so years old she had the perfect asmr voice.

I'm all for a great massage! The whole "energy field" and pretending to scoop it up and throw it on the floor is a fun game to play in your head.
It's been 5 years since your last upload so you've clearly moved on. Life is a moving parade so I'm sure ASMR was a fun project that maybe didn't carry through. I was so hesitant about Asmr, when my sleep psychologist recommended it for me. I've watched every single type of ASMR and while some have worked, marginally, this video I can't even make past the 14 minute mark. Everything about it is perfect. Your voice is soothing. Your touch is deliberate. Your touch is healing and kind, but not creepy. Please please please make more. The energy and chakra work really relaxes my sleep center in my brain. Remember that humans aren't suppose to be fat - fat storage in cells is just a remnant gene/ cellular reaction from hundreds of thousands of years ago before humans developed clothing to keep them warm and grew their own food. At one point fat had a survival advantage, but not any more. When was the last time you needed to march hundreds of miles on a nomadic trek for food? That's all that fat is good for. Stop eating more calories than you use in a day and you won't be fat.

I'm not really into energies and that kind of stuff, but when it comes to massage, I kind of understand the purpose. Whether or not there's real "energies" (which I don't think there are), there is something real that happens when you can connect with the person.
