- In this video, I give my beautiful friend Paige a very relaxing scalp, face, and shoulder massage. I use diluted grapefruit essential oil mist to uplift mood and balance the nervous system. I also use natural jojoba oil and peppermint essential oil to invigorate her muscles and stimulate her scalp. We do some light energy work and both feel refreshed at the end of the massage. This is truly one of my favourite videos - I find a lot of models to appear a little self-conscious on camera so they don’t really give in to the experience. Paige however is clearly SO relaxed and it shows - just looking at her makes me feel even more relaxed. She’s a great model.
i love these videos so much, and they remind me of a time when my friends and i were sleeping over, and most people had gone to sleep but there were five of us still awake, so we had quiet time and made a massage train and it was the best thing ever. four of us sat on the floor, massaging each other's backs, and one person laid their head in the first person's lap getting a face and scalp massage. after a few minutes we would whisper "switch" and keep the train moving so everyone would get a turn. highly suggest doing this with close friends.

Watching Paige get fully relaxed and especially around the 25:30 mark, makes this somehow even MORE relaxing. I love seeing her actually enjoying and getting ASMR tingles. This video is absolutely amazing. The only thing that could make it better would be layered sounds of your hand movements and brushing or massaging sounds (like if you stroked the mic to make those sounds more prevalent). My head has been tingling the entire time!

I’ve seen some artists that have some kind of microphone earbuds that Paige would wear. I think they’d pick up those massage sounds spectacularly and send us all to tingle heaven!
