Talan car definitely didnt look like it was hooking up. Sometimes through the video his face kinda showed it.

Wasn't anybody catching the winner. He had her on kill for sure . Your a good guy for giving up your racing just to see your kid getta do something that most young kids only dream of. Your giving him a big opportunity to learn and take him to place that he's only dreamed of. Heck who knows someday he'll do the same thing for his kids. Great job on the weekend even though you both dnf, still made a awesome memory for you and your family.

Brother I understand why you want to be there for Talan but you looked very good for being out of race car for a long time. I certainly see where Talan gets his talent from. Overall you did great in my opinion. Just some bad luck for sure. I agree that the guy who won had the best car. But he definitely was gonna have to beat you for the win. Honestly I don't think Talans head was right for the weekend. That's emotionally tuff preparing to race against his dad and know your whole family was wanting you to outrun dad. Car wasn't as good as normal but Talan wasn't Talan either. What a great young man you got there and he is only going to get better. That was a growing and maturing experience for Talan. Adam your racing over the years brought you many victory but your heart and love for your son's career is evident now. That's exactly where it needs to be brother. Life is short and enjoy as much time with him as you can. You are a great dad and your family is awesome. Go get that late model dialed in because I think that's where Talans future lies.
