Today Pilates workout especially really hard, some move was frendly and other was so difficult workout after job in the afternoon is very tedious becouse after 9 hour working in the office get back home, and attend every thing is no easy, but with commitment, responsabity and deserve to take care to yourself.
Excellent flows challenge for the balance particularly the one on the floor on one foot 👍 (did it with handweights to keep the balance) thank you Juliette 😊 😀 👍 🙏
Missed your workout yesterday, but I had the chance to spend the day with my daughter. I did get a workout tho helping her on her horse farm. A lot of lifting and walking. This workout today felt great. Strength and stretches always work wonders for mind and body. I’m going to try to make time to do yesterday’s workout before the end of the week. Daily routine and commitment are there!! 🙏❤️
Enjoyed this workout! Found it very challenging!!! I was little wobbly through the STANDING PILATES SERIES but kept at it. And in the PILATES ROLL LIKE A BALL series, I wasn't able to go from rolling like a ball, to one leg extended bend knee and come up on the foot due to knee limitations. So....instead of coming up to my foot, I subsituted one leg extend to teaser instead. Whew! 😅 You are incredible! I'm doing more all the time, and able to think of a substitution from your previous exercises! Love this, love you! 😉 💫💖. (P.s. would you share what shoes you are wearing in this and other Pilates/Yoga sessions? ..and where to purchase? I looked in your merchandise link but didn't see any mention there...Thanks.) 😁

Mind blowing, I find little bit difficulty in doing 1 leg lift and hold , rest of the workout I did easily 😊
