We wanted to hike the kungsleden in August 2024 but our car broke down so weit had No Time left to do so. Instead we hiked only dayhikes in abisko. So the kungsleden will stay a dream a bit longer and your Video keeps me dreaming

Fantastiskt video, been living in Sweden since 89 and never been to the north, altough i was close to hike in Abisko these summer but i went to Canada for hike in Banff instead. Next year i will do the trip up to north to Abisko and Sarek since i will do no travel outsider of Sweden, there are so many beautiful places to discover here in Sweden that is like taken from a fairy tale 😊
Was just researching my next trip to Swedish Lapland this fall and stumbled upon this video of yours. I think we were actually around Kebnekaise pretty much at the same time. So fun! Glad to see your trip seemed to have worked out :-)
Great adventure and Beautiful nature. I love this hike,and did it many times.Looks like you had a great adventure. Last summer I hiked all of Kungsleden in September so it was a littel cold. Hope to See more from your Channel. 🙃🙂🙃
Thank you very much, I am planning on hiking it all as well. But it has to be when its not a mosquito season but also when its not freezing cold... Gotta find the perfect gap. :)
Yes, it is a nature hike tent. I think that it held up just perfectly. I didn’t have any problems with it. I remember one night after 5 days of rain that I saw a very small water leak on the ceiling and I went sleeping worrying I’d wake up in a tent full of water but even though it was raining the whole night, there was no water on the floor. I totally recommend this tent.☺️☺️

@@evatranova8621 Overall it was great experience, but I will never ever return to Kungsleden during mosquito season) It's like you can't never have a chill. So I just walked till I'm tired, than slept and walked again. For me it was more of an endurance run.
@@geinezhang7030 in my case (I've been there in the very beginning of July) mosquitoes were pretty bad. Be sure to wear clothes that they can't bite through and bug repellent. Also it's a good idea to bring a bug net. I had to use it a couple of times. Hope it helps
Ahoj, já jsem Dorotka, je mi 18 do Abiska jsem si zajela letos na jarní prázdniny. Určitě se tam chci vrátit i někdy v létě. (Ještě musím teda vydělat nějaké peníze na brigádičkách.) Pravděpodobně se zase vypravim sama, protože moji kamarádi jsou sice skvělí, ale nemají tak dobrodružnou povahu. Úplně s tebou soucítím, když tady v komentářích píšeš, že to nebylo jen a jen krásné, ale někdy i osamělé a strašidelné. To je náhoda, že jsem narazila na tvé video. Sleduji tu videa z Kungsleden a najednou vidím jméno, které vypadá česky xD Jo a máš moc hezkou bundu. Čau Dori

i am intending to do a hike during july, is the mosquito bearable? how did u manage it?
