Just saw GNR live, it was my very first concert. This is one if my all time favs and hearing it played live was incredible. Even at 61 Axls wails still sound amazing! So much energy from the whole band, slash was phenomenal. I cannot wait to see these legends again!

When I was 15-16, me and a group of friends used to go hike in the desert every couple of months. Clever. I love Izzy, but he always shunned that whole rock star image. I think that song "Shuffle it All" that he did with the JuJu Hounds (it's available on UA-cam) pretty much kind of sums up his philosophy on life, especially the line: "Sure enjoy the view, yeah If you want to see it Just slow down" I think he's much happier just playing in small clubs to small crowds around the country and playing what he wants to play.
