The main Ghostface was revealed to be Billy and they said in the Kombat Kast that he recruited 2 Black Dragons (Kobra has the fire kicks and Kira has the Kano and Sonya moves with two knives), since he was summoned without his partner (Stu.) Like Alien in MKX, Ghostface is a mix of guest and MK DLC.
So Ghostface in this game is Billy Loomis (as the main Ghostface that’s being played from Scream 1) and two MK characters that he recruited when arriving in the MK universe, Kira and Kobra. That’s why two of the Ghostface’s have powers

Pretty sure there are three ghost face killers. (Kira, Kobra, Billy from Scream 1 and Stu (only in a voice line) from Scream 1)
