Lolo's Yoshimitsu was mesmerizing. I hope I'll be able to reach his level. Clob's Astaroth was also great. I saw him do things I didn't even know Astaroth could do. I'm definitely keeping Yoshimitsu as a main but might spend some time experimenting with Astaroth.
Knowledge and composure, those were the problems here. Clob just wasn't able to keep up with his Yoshi pressure when he turned it on, falling for simple things, meanwhile Lolo was very comfortable against Astaroth's pressure as an Asta player himself. In a set, if one player is using a character both players are proficient with, whoever isn't using that character has the advantage, automatically.
Lovely set, came here to see what to do with lethal hit 6k and got what I needed. Commentary was a little cringey with how judgey it got from one of them, but still lots of great insights both you. Good stuff.
Also the commentators complaining about Clob saving meter too often when he's spending 3-4ish total bars per match most of the time was insanely annoying

The problem with this mathcup is Yoshi doesn't have to respect anything that Asta does, but props to Clob for sticking to his gameplan.

JJJ's knowledge of the game is commendable, but hes by far the cringiest person on soul calibur.
