Is it the same sound from parkway drive's song "ice"? Sounds familiar, might be from a movie though
i've been wondering too. I've read in interview that the sound they originally wanted to use was from Anime, so they had to record "i just wanna die" on their own because they couldn't use it.
Seems like they wanted to use the same sound effect as Parkway Drive did but in PD it's"I don't wanna die" and in Misery it's "I just wanna die" lol
@@sweetlittlelebbian9032 yeah probably, I know In Hearts Wake wanted to use a sample from a game that said "Killionaire" but they weren't allowed due to copyright reasons so they had to get someone in top recreate it. Apparently they nailed it because it sounds just like the original haha

It has already been almost 5 years... When Misery came out, I was trying to escape depression and Amity Affliction was the hand I needed to keep a hand on my life. This album helped me so much, and coming back at it after a little while is so heartwarming. Today, everything is better than it has always been and I feel grateful to TAA because they were here when I needed them so much. I have to say I feel grateful to myslef too, because I gave myself some time and trusted who I could become
“ I just wanna to die!” That part gave me goosebumps when I first listened to this song. Love this song.🖤

I went through a point in my life where the line "I gotta think of that life each time I'm crossing a bridge." really hit me. I had the spot chosen where i couldn't driven into the trees at highway speed. Could've blamed it on being tired as it was early morning. Never worked up the courage so I'm still here for better or worse

I ain't gonna lie, I was nervous bout this album due to mixed reviews n it took me a cpl listens with Ivy n F.L.I.D...Anywho after listening to the album straight thru on repeat for a week now I ducking LUV it!!! I fell in luv with it as soon as tracks 1 n 2 were over lol there not bad songs, just the rest of the albums better 😃 TAA is such a incredibly talented awesome band! Tiniest detail, but did anyone else notice at 2:56 this version has a snare then the chorus hits, whereas the Spotify/Apple Music versions have just a straight cutoff and then chorus hit 🤔

I just realized that most of these songs uploaded on UA-cam are demo tracks, after months of growing up a bit I love this album. I sometimes wish death for myself for disliking it (mostly due to nearly everything backstabbing me and being retarded myself), this album deserves a bit more credit. I love this band, their songs almost describe my emotions in my darkest days that are still present. I am a bit grown up now to appreciate individuality wholly, this band can do whatever because we all would, admittedly I can decide to but I feel like my art has come to the point where I know what I am doing, but my actions need sorting out.
This band is fucking awesome, for now...because we can't all make gold forever (ThisCouldBeHeartbreakand most of my failed attempts at creating a video or series). Regardless, The Amity Affliction will remain as one of my favourite bands forever.
