During oral argument at the Supreme Court, the FDA said that nobody can challenge its removal of these longstanding protections for women. This is astonishing. The FDA violated its duty to protect women and girls when it removed critical safety standards for taking high-risk abortion drugs, and that’s why Alliance Defending Freedom asked the Supreme Court to hold the agency accountable.|
