State Law Protecting Unborn Life Upheld by Arizona Supreme Court

Decades of scientific discoveries have shown us that life begins at conception. At just six weeks, unborn babies’ hearts begin to beat. At eight weeks, they have fingers and toes. And at 10 weeks, their unique fingerprints begin to form.
Arizona’s pro-life law recognizes this fact by protecting unborn children beginning at conception. Alliance Defending Freedom Senior Counsel Jake Warner defended the law at the Arizona Supreme Court, and in April 2024, the Arizona Supreme Court said the law can go into effect.
All life is precious and created by God, and laws like Arizona’s that protect some of the most vulnerable lives among us deserve to be celebrated.
