Thank you Derek you always give advice that is helpful. I did forget to take my vit D yesterday and have been avoiding shopping center because there are people there,maybe I'll go and have a look see.
I manage my copd with the help of my medics. for that reason it is rare for me to go to hospital. I believe hospital is the worse place to go and have joked with my specialist that is where sick people go. yes there has been times I have been very ill , exacerbation, but with the help of nebulizers,, preds, and when needed antibiotics got through. I think we are safer managing our copd. hope this long ramble helps
