    (for me and anyone who needs it)
    the sleeve:
    row 1:
    chain 5, dc into next mesh space, then dc all around.
    after first row is done, slst into 3rd chain of first chain 5.
    then slst into first chain 5 (mesh) space of the first row.
    repeat the above for row 2, 3, 4.
    row 5 (begin increase):
    do all steps like the previous rows, but place two dcs each 5th mesh space. (aka, increase)
    row 6&7&8 -> normal (non-increase).
    row 9 (increase row):
    increase on every 7th stitch
    row 10&11&12 -> normal (non-increase).
    row 13 (increase row):
    increase on every 9th stitch
    row 14&15&16 -> normal
    row 17 (increase row):
    increase on every 11 st.
    note you can stop anytime you like the sleeve length.
    you can also continue with normal rows down if you don't want any more increases.

    • @Cosmicccrochet

      I've made bell sleeves like this out of HB "I love this yarn" 4 weight and they turned out nice. When I finished the top, I soaked it in warm water with hair conditioner in it, squeezed out as much water as I could after rinsing out conditioner, and rolled in a towel to soak up more water. Then I blocked it and let it dry. Then I washed it and put it in the dryer. It came out soft and fluid. I love HL acrylic and cotton yarns. Good yarn and I can afford It when it goes on sale.
