I love doing Kaleigh Cohens strength workouts on UA-cam. They’re short and sweet and she is super positive and challenging! I love taking at least a 30 minute walk every day and eating high-protein.
I’m a breastfeeding mama of 2 and looking at this only 2 weeks PP so I won’t be working out for a few more weeks but also with eating so much food from breastfeeding I’m nervous. With my 1st I didn’t lose the weight until after 18 months lol and that’s because I started at 12 month PP and it took me 6 months to lose the 35 lbs I gained
Congrats on the new baby!! And I get it 100% I was breastfeeding for the first 6 months and trying to keep my calorie intake up I definitely didn’t see much progress even though I was working out. At that point I was just working out to feel better mentally. Everyone’s journey is different though! 💓💓
