I am from Florida, in the US. I have butchered and processed a lot of farm animals and wild animals, and I'll tell you I am very impressed with this man's skills. He's done a beautiful job of processing that beautiful meat.
Grew up butchering. Consider it a skill rather than a hobby anymore. This man can put the best of ‘em to shame.
