Mitch & Co decided not to vote to convict, but to kick the it to the courts, and we’ve seen how that has worked out.
Nope. Specifically said the states. He said that knowing full well that creates 50 hurdles, and within those 50 hurdles is two sides... He said that knowing full well there would be legal action. Legal action that would further delay and dilute the issue. He is as shady as any southern snake can be.
McConnell also invented/administered the ‘no new Supreme Court Justices in the 4th year’ that is, until RGB died and Amy Barratt was fast tracked. If the Senate refused to ‘advise and consent’ the President should just appoint whoever s/he wants. It’s not easy to remove a Supreme Court Justice.

Mitch McConnell should be ashamed. Absolutely ashamed. He could be instrumental in the country losing its democracy if Trump wins the election. He knows who Trump is and bends the knee and kisses the ring. It’s important to remember these enablers and to hold them to account.
