I went into Hobby Lobby and all the Fall decor made me so happy! I’m in Texas and am not a fan of summer. Give me Fall and Winter every month and I’m a happy girl lol My only Spring/Summer decor are both my Just Greenery bouquets. I’m so terrible 😅
let the garland just drop and I am LMAO at "I don't remember where I got this". If you have a PopShelf, they have GREAT inexpensive seasonal decor stuff to just fill-in.
Catching up on your videos as was away traveling. How did Jonathan attach the banners to the outdoor porch? I am pretty good figuring out indoor setup, but outdoor eludes me!
Just a note, but the Eagle you placed on the fireplace hearth belongs up on mantle and not down below it. It is a symbol of America and is revered. Just my personal opinion. Everything else looks great!
I figure I can ask you a question without you being offended - because I mean no offense. Ok. I apologize in advance, but I just don't understand the cleaning montages I see in so many videos. My question is - Are they more popular than I believe they could actually be? Honestly, they just make me look around my house and think, "I should be cleaning..." and that's why I'm not into cleaning montages.
I think everyone is different. Alot of people watch these videos like watching tv, so its just something fun in the background. I have alot of people who clean while they watch these, so it makes doing chores together fun. It also helps those who watch my channel who might be inclined to think my house is always clean remember that it in fact, is rarely always clean. Good question.
I'm so glad it's not just me... we're decluttering / reorganizing pretty much the entire house and everything is EVERYWHERE - it just multiples as things go! Slowly getting stuff back but dang it takes forever! I love the built ins and the sofa back furniture - I do "country-esk" but I so love lots of other styles. Your home always looks nice! Pink Envelope Playhouse is just the cutest thing - how sweet of John & your Dad to make it for you - the area around it is cute too. I love fall & winter and really don't enjoy summer (waaay too hot), but I was ticked when I saw / heard from others that summer stuff is pretty much gone and fall is out already! That's just not cool!! Can't tell you how much easier it is to decorate since I've been watching your videos - when I'm just not sure, I walk away - can't believe how much easier it is to see what I was thinking after that!!! Thanks!!
Haha I love when you realized you forgot the blanket basket! I now have a blanket basket since watching your channel. I like summer only because of swimming.Fall is my favorite though so I wouldn't have been too hurt about the decor malfunction 😂.. I love how you decorated everything it looks so fun and happy for sure
Our Hobby Lobby was the same! I wanted summer stuff and they had a tiny little section in a random aisle with nothing that I wanted and everything else was fall!! and a little Christmas. but SO much fall! Its barely summer! I'm not ready for fall decor yet.
I love, love, love all things gnomes!! We always have like 20 outside in our yards, and every season, my decor has gnomes on the mantel... because it is very thin, and they can fot nicely up on it.
My apartment is so tiny that the more I try to organize and Purge items the more chaotic it all seems to get and I can't find things that I know I own things that I specifically bought over time to redecorate my tiered tray or flowers that I bought for specific colors for certain reasons and their inboxes that my Aid decided with how they needed to be sorted and I can't get to them because in the wheelchair I'm too far below them and if I try to get a box of down I will literally get crushed I have one tiny storage closet and it is so dokrahm packed in there that it's literally dangerous please excuse typos that should have said so crammed packed
