Im thinking similar ground wire but the actual bolt got covered with oil or corroded. I know i have 4 bad glow plugs that will make harder but. I'm getting p0700 and lack communication to TCM. Is supposed to be a good tcm. 2 new batteries, and new reman ECM
I would think if it was a cps you would be seeing P0336, I would check the wiring because a P0374 is High resolution circuit performance. A missing high resolution signal will cause a no start condition. Check out this link, it has a good diagnostic www.dieselplace.com/threads/running-like-crap-dtc-p0374.318796/

I have an lb7 with no start but i’m getting a p0374
Looks to me like you have rodent damage, either a squirrel or mice/rats have been feasting on your wiring.
