@@amtheaudience2457 already finished all India trip via Karnataka Maharashtra madhyapradesh Rajasthan Delhi haryana panjab jamu, return by ladakh Himachal uttarakhand, up, jrk,wb(only for aslan biriyani), Orissa,ap, tamilnadu, Kerala. Atleast 20% of Keralites reached all India by road trip. Tbf in some states national highways itself in pathetic condition especially in rj,mp, pnb, haryana,utk,up, jrk. We went through ghavs(villages) through north , beautiful and innocent peoples but basic infrastructure is noway near they're still in 70's.

@@shankarmohan87 Absolutely true. The roads r freakin awesome the moment you cross into Tamil Nadu from Karnataka, Kerala or Andhra Pradesh. The changes r drastic. You can carry so much more speed, have good visibility, proper road markings, well lit n no forsaken speed humps like you find on the Karanataka side, broader roads than Kerala n better roadside amenities than AP n TS.

Can't blame them. Most roads in the Country are in fact lucky to survive past their first birthday. But this transformation is definitely welcome and we must encourage it. High time we begin to see actual impact of 5th largest economy on common people, especially tax payers.

Driving tip for those who don't know.
In the end of the vid, a white car can be seen initiating an overtaking maneuver, on a supposed three wheeler.
This is an incorrect and illegal maneuver, as that particular stretch of road, has a solid white line in the middle, this is basically an indication of barrier, or one-way, or that overtaking is forbidden from the start and finish of the white solid line.
The lines preceding that solid white line are where dual carriage is allowed, as well as overtaking, as the white lines with gaps represents barriers with gaps in them, or to say gaps in the median of the barrier.
Now that you're educated more on the basics of lines on the road, drive safely and practice these laws ❤
In south India due to terrain problems the roads got developed really late and so they are amazing while in north the roads are old major of Britishers/ independence time ( 1900s-2000s ) and at this time corruption was at its peak and the newly developed are National Higways and expressways they are fking amazing like literally the best experience of driving in India but unfortunately you can’t get with 2 wheeler there.
But yea South have a different beauty agreed.
Edit: don’t start a fight in replies. there are endless reasons for North India roads to be bad and southern roads to be good but the reason I mentioned is 1 of the hidden ones.

That logic doesn't make any sense. The real reason is that the majority of the money allocated to road development in other states goes in the hands of local politicians. Because of which roads are made of very low quality which lasts for only a year.
Also people in kerala are very proactive for better roads & force the local authorities to make good roads.

I belong to Indore and I think Gujarat has best road infrastructure in India as most of the roads are getting transformed with gauge conversion from 4 lanes to 6 lanes.
Only some major roads are 2 lanes; rest all are at least 4 lanes.
Even the village connectivity is far better than many states not only in terms of road laid down but surfacing too.
U may check by visiting and not just by checking out online.
But people there are worst with mouth full of paan and discrimination

After traveling and staying in many different cities of India, I can confirm too. Southern states have the best road infrastructure especially Tamil Nadu & most parts of Kerala.. and not only the main highways but most small roads have great quality too matching my hometown

I also did 784 kilometres of South Karnataka ride and the National Highway connecting Bengaluru to Mysuru is of expressway level and even from Mysuru to Madikeri/Coorg the roads were butter smooth and I directly returned from Madikeri to Bengaluru which was 265 kilometres and I covered such distance in 5 hours with 2 halts! Even roads in North are developing at a faster pace but nowhere in comparison to the South! It was a gem riding there! By the next time, I'm looking to ride by my own bike throughout the whole of South India by taking my bike from Lucknow to South by train or, if god blesses, then will ride by myself from my home place to South! 🙌❤️

Some claim Indian roads are transforming. In fact you need to pay the toll for using better roads in north India whereas in south all beautiful roads are for people. No need of payment.
So please dont call toll payment roads as development.
South India is like different country in its own way. Slightly different cultural practices, far better infrastructure, good food and basically people with a far far better civic sense.
