Very nice pattern. By tying the lead eyes on top of the hook shank, won't that cause the fly to flip over in the water and swim upside down? I didn't see you tie in any lead to counter act the torque caused by the lead eyes above the centre of gravity of the fly. Just askin'.

I think they are plastic so it wont flip the fly hook up

I was going to say the same thing by tying the eyes on top it will flip the fly over and hook gap will be on top. So if you are going to tie this patterwn, tie the eyes on the bottom of the shank.

Cool fly but it’s going to ride upside down because of the dumbbell placement. Put it under or on the inside of the hook.

It will not snag as much with the hook riding up, but you're right. It's going to look like a fish belly up.
