Probably a runner there for a while. cold oil pressure was good. Just make sure to clean as much of the sludge out of the bottom of the case as you can. Tin it up and run it. probably good for at least 20k miles.
@@Mikefngarage I’d split the case in an earlier video and cleaned everything out. There was an impressive amount of sand in the sump.
Great video. I was cringing when you were using the Jack on the pry bar. I would put a heavy mat on it to absorb the energy when it breaks.
Good to see you tinkering again! Alle the bets wishes for your new shop location! 🤘
Great to see you back. I'm glad the motor is working pretty well.
Maybe time for a new shop tour…? I’m hoping both moves were for positive reasons and glad you are back online.
Cha cha changes. Good luck with everything. 👍🏻
Yea! you're back. You gotta be loving the new shop.
Glad to see you in your new shop Taylor!
Yes, two essential VW tools…..pry bar and large hammer 😅
Nice to see you're back!
Fantastic shop man!!
So much light!
Really nice work space!
Engine sounded decent…. It might surprise you and last a while.
Yeah I think I am likely going to stick it in my ‘64. Need to fix all the leaks first 😂
Welcome back.
Great video 📹 👍 👏 👌
best sounding boat anchor ive heard
Sounds good. It might last a while, if you use good engine oil. And don't abuse it with high rpm speed.
@@vintage76vipergreenBeetle like I said, it won’t last long 😂
@wickedwerks Hopefully it will prove us wrong, and last longer than we expect it to. 🤞
You know what Click and Clack of Car Talk use to say…..any oil is better than no oil!
