I submitted a Sleep Apnea claim secondary to my PTSD claim. It was listed as secondary to my "Special Designation" re: The Camp Lejeune Water. My C&P examiner brought this to my attention, unofficially advised me to resubmit with the correction. When I went back to re-submit the form, a different VSO said it was the only way to submit the form. I think I still need to submit this form w/😅 from VA, as secondary
@loriegly9865 Some VSO's are useless. Always do your own research on the issues you have and how to file them
If your award is continued until your appeal to the board is heard and your propose to sever is severed do you have to pay back the award received while waiting on the docket.

Hello Ladies, thank you for what you do.
I had a PTSD C&P that clearly outlines the symptoms and criteria for 70 percent and some of 100percent but yet I was rated at 50 percent. What refs should I source in an HLR.
Just got denied for MS they agreed I have MS however it didn’t manifest within 7 years of discharge. Appealed to board of appeals with a letter from my MS Dr stating it more than likely started within the 7 years due to my medical history. Do you think this will sway the decision in my favor. Thanks for what you do

They’ve changed the rating schedule on that automatic 50%/ W CPAP
