I was diagnosed with high blood pressure and diabetes the same year while on active duty my unit Commander knew that we had these problems I was granted a waiver to go overseas
Not sure what I should do my husband is at 100% PT has heat disease and is service connected. And is housebound we want to know if there would be a problem to do SMC due to his housebound worried about them taking away his PT
Since 2007 I've had multiple hospitalizations and multiple diagnoses been on multiple medications took interferon for the hep c and my kidneys went into renal failure so where do I stand
Is it common for a veteran with a 30% rating for fused wrist to be secondarily rated for BOTH carpal and cubital tunnel syndrome? How is the threshold reached (locomotion and/or neuropathy) for loss of an arm?
I recently attained 100% but my newer secondary condition of HTN (secondary to OSA) was denied. Should I appeal just that secondary condition or should I just let it be?
