The vva on the mts creates such a beautiful sound on its own. I only ride an mt125 but I cannot get enough of the 7000+ rev sound with my stock exhaust when it hits the vva 🤦♂️

Curious why you didnt just get a whole new exhaust and decat? Would possibly give more power as its less restrictive, sound better, and reduce weight which of course improves handling. This just seems lile a cheap job on an expensive bike. Am i missing something?
I appreciate the comment and it's a solid observation. The exhaust smell is 10x worse without the cat. Second, the sound of the modified exhaust is the perfect middle ground of stock vs aftermarket. I did put an aftermarket exhaust on the bike, cat removed. Both ways work
You have to get a hole saw and a long extension. You drill through the exhaust tip end and go through two layers/chambers inside the muffler. Makes the exhaust louder and gives it a unique sound and you get to keep the catalytic converter. Without the cat, exhaust really smells
Hey Francis, you have to use a hole saw from the exhaust opening and cut through two different layers, inside the muffler. I can't find the post on the FZ forums. You have to get a hole saw and drill thru the exhaust end and cut thru two layers. This will give you decent sound without getting rid of the catalytic converters. It's hard to capture the change sound on a GoPro.

Just buy an exhaust. Why ruin your stock system? When you sell the bike just take the aftermarket exhaust off and sell it and install the stock one.

Bro, how many mm is the size or your exit pipe? Im trying to use the 50mm. I just want to have a bassy sound just like the akra but not too loud.
@@francismarkborromeo1391 the "bassy" sound comes from the cross planes engines vertical degree. That won't change regardless of the hole size.
