Glad to see how you honor your mom. not all the time you see family videos showing there close affection to their parents, some are not as skin deep. Good she likes the taste of the fruits for the first time. remember, you can eat them as well as use them as topical directly to your skin, like the papaya is good to soothe sunburn, just mash some and apply them to your skin. ang also its always to best to locate in places where hospital is very near.

Give your mom some fresh fish, small cubes of any meat. some vegetables and fruits, Eat everything in moderation. Even those fruits have sugars so again in moderation. Not too much salt and not too much fried foods with vegetable oils. If there is olive oil its good ,, in salad with cruciferous vegetables and avocados.

@@Alpha-rn9tbmedicine is prohibiting diabetic to eat sweet fruits because of the sugar content.... But I never saw or heard a doctor will say to limit your fruit intake to a healthy person.... And I never heard a diabetic patient got his her diabetes from eating too much sweet fruits (correct me if there's already a Case like that)... But normally diabetes came from sweets, candies or desserts, too much Rice and salty food....

Filipinos are isolated because we were surrounded by seas and maybe the reason why we are like to see people of different culture and nationality and Filipinos are friendly and not as shy as other people
