Remember when froning threw glassman under the bus for saying he didnt want to watch the country burn.... and glassman didn't want to glorify Floyd or chauvin, who were likely involved in organized crime, passing fake bills......?

When I was a kid (70's), there was a show on Sunday nights called The American Sportsman. It featured a host (Curt Gowdy) with celebrities and personalities doing "sportsman" activities like hunting, fishing, and other outdoor adventures. It was exciting and opened my imagination up to the marvel of the outdoors. This reminded me of that, except with a fitness component. I hope Rich does more of these with other experts in the outdoors, and other fitness figures, to compare thoughts and ideas, and to try (and learn) new (or old) things. The one aspect I would quibble with is Rich saying that he would look "bad" shooting his bow. As was demonstrated in the video, Mr. Froning is practically incapable of doing anything poorly. That, and the video left me wishing there was more.

It’s super motivating to listen to like minded people. People who call out the best in your and demand it in every circumstance.
It’s hard to find those kind of guys locally. So, it’s really nice to at least consume that male, positive, pro-masculine content through a podcast.
