If you control "Gold Sarcophagus of Light", you can Normal Summon this card without Tributing. If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can target 1 monster your opponent controls; take control of it until the End Phase, then, if you control no "Gold Sarcophagus of Light" when this effect was activated, that monster (cannot attack?). You can only use this effect of "Archfiend in Light" once per turn. Other monsters you control gain (300?) ATK during your turn only.

I'm annoyed that they gave Dark Magician a GSoL retrain that would also count as Dark Magician, but they couldn't do the same with this one? They couldn't let it be named Summoned Skull while on the field? Because of that, it doesn't work at all with the rest of the Summoned Skull cards
