I personally dont use a breathe up when I am spearfishing- instead I focus on relaxing before I dive. Just lay on the surface until I feel like I have replenished from the previous dive and making sure I am fully relaxed. People do use breathe up techniques (e.g. breathe in 3 seconds, breathe out 6 seconds) but for spearfishing I personally think relaxation is the key thing. Just my two cents anyway! Oh, an dont hyperventilate!
Hello. I am the staff of the Korean TV show called . I'd like to use this video for the TV show. Is it okay if I use your video? Just let me know if you mind. Thank you :)!
This particular day it was really clean for Wellington. While we couldnt quite make out the fish on the bottom we could easily see the structure on the sea floor. I have been to this spot when the Tarakihi have been schooling on the surface. Cool to watch.
