experience and animations knowledge, just keep playing, if you have some issues with certain scenarios, you can always go into training grounds and practise
Only things I'd change with nobu is speed up the kick and fix her tags when applying revenge. Currently as it stands she can hit the enemy a million times and add hardly any revenge due to bleed.
