Please thank the Lovely Lady for letting you video her ear. And yes to updates, if possible. If she knows what YT is, tell her she's become a star on it.
I can’t believe the amount of macerated skin! Her ear must have felt awful (as well as being deaf). Bless her! And those were some fancy moves around that polyp. Not only did the patient get relief, but we had front row seats to some terrific wax removal techniques! Thanks to all!
I have watched every one of your episodes, (excepting some of the shorts that I’m not keen on) but I think this is one of the most interesting and educational channels anywhere. Yes, every one of the 769. I feel like you, Mrs. B, and now Taylor, are part of my social circle, especially since Covid. Please don’t change what you do, or how you approach you channel. It’s quite good as it is. But I would like someday to see another online session with quizzes and such. That was one of my very favorites!
Mr, Mrs B & Taylor, you all have always done everything possible for our benefit, sometimes to your own detriment. We knew you were tired, overworked with a million responsibilities. That’s just one of the reasons you all are so well respected & admired 😊
There are many videos by audiologists. Yours are the only ones I watch. You explain clearly, you have a pleasant voice, you obviously have a sense of humor, and you take your work seriously. Thank you, too, for all the information you've given out about protecting hearing. If I lived anywhere near Wales, you would be my audiologist.
Rhys...why would I be upset? I am enjoying the work that you and Taylor and everyone does! I am FAR from being upset! If anything, you're helping people! You even helped me! And I'm in the States...and that should say something about the reach that you have. So, thank you for what you do!
Now that ear was a hot mess. Wow, it looked like the dried top of custard when you pulled that fluffy piece of skin out of her ear. I bet she can hear a million times better now. I hope you keep us updated on her pulp. I watch a lot of different UA-cam channels and I have to admit you are the only person who cares about what your viewers want. You are always checking to make sure we are happy with how you run the channel. Which we are!!! You rock!
I like seeing you both on screen commentary. You're both very entertaining to watch. Real people with happy personalities. Plus the Welsh accents are awesome to listen to. Big thanks.😊
You are so sweet and even though you don’t owe us anything as subs, you give us so much! I sincerely wish there was a practice like yours in the USA but none that I’m aware of. You obviously care deeply about your patients and that’s lovely to see. I worked for an obstetrician for all of my working career which is quite different from your practice. My doctor was very good to his patients as well. Take care all! ❤
Every evening I look forward to the videos that you and Taylor post. I love the cases, the way both of you take the time to explain exactly what is happening and your very pleasant personalities. Thank you from Louisiana, USA
Wow. That poor woman must have been so relieved to have all that skin out. Great job as always. Just to let you know, I’m from Pennsylvania in the USA 🇺🇸. And have enjoyed your videos for years now. And that you have a faithful subscriber and supporter far from Wales 🏴. Keep them coming.
Rhys and Taylor the old saying my Mum used to say to us was If you can’t say anything nice about someone then don’t say anything at all! Neel actually shut his comment section down last year for the vile things that a stalker person was posting! He has only just reopened his comment line! When you are working so hard for patient care and then to educate this audience of followers it is a privilege to to enjoy real life treatments and the knowledge you are passing on to us The public.! I wish I had this available when I was in nursing school 50 years ago. The technology is incredible compared to what we did not have then. Thank your whole team. Keep the faith!!❤❤❤
That looked incredibly sore but your delicate touch removed so much. The patient must have been overjoyed. Excellent work as always Mr B. Love all your posts 👌❤️ Hope you and Mrs B have a great weekend 👌 ❤️ ❤️
You all have helped me more than you could ever imagine! Your channel helps me with my anxiety issues so much you make me relax, smile, laugh and most of all learn! So to you, your family and work team THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart ♥️🙏🏻
I've always loved the videos you put out! It's always so educational and I wish I had the type of service you provide here in the US. Thank you for your hard work. I hope you always find joy in what you do.
Thank you for the video, certainly a shocker. Thank you to the patient for allowing us to see what she has suffered for such a long time. Have a nice weekend everybody, a wet one I think.
In addition to the problems caused by hearing loss itself, the emerging evidence about the impact of hearing loss on development and progression of dementia it very impressive!
That was a great job - superb. I've watched you for years and always loved everything you do. Yours is the best channel I've found by a country mile. 😍
Thank you, I enjoy what you and Taylor are doing. It’s educational and I’ve had learned a lot just watching the two of you. Please don’t change we enjoy seeing you guys.
I had nasal polyps so I understand how that poor lady felt. They are annoying and can be painful if not taken care of. I love your videos and Taylor’s too!! ❤❤❤
I love watching these videos! They’re so satisfying. I wish these type of removals were more mainstream in the US, I had to go today cuz i haven’t been able to hear and they tried flushing it for like 10 mins and nothing came out. going to ent on Monday i’m praying it gets fixed 🤞🏼
Yours is one of my favourite channels on UA-cam and I don’t follow many. You and Taylor have such a lovely way of explaining what you’re doing and I’ve learnt so much about ear anatomy from you both. Keep doing what you’re doing. Your subscribers LOVE your videos ♥️
No need to change your video format! I especially love the two of you bantering away while voicing compilation videos, though solos are fine too! Just keep the vids coming, whatever you do... 😊
❤ another excellent video. I think by now your youtube family should have convinced you that we are all grateful for your videos as they are. Well done 🎉
I’ve watched a few audiologists and I can tell that you handle your patients which so much more care. I’ve seen some shocking videos that seem to just be interested in getting the job done. I wish I was closer I’d definitely come to see you guys x
Mr. Rhys and Mrs. B... .thank you for your work and courage to share. You're doing it right! The trolls are just that trolls, they know nothing and like to question professionals. Keep up the GREAT work, Mr. Rhys and Mrs. B.
Only just watched your video from yesterday as well ~ I love seeing you on the screen. Your mannerisms always bring a smile to my face..... But hey Doc, you should do what's easiest for you. It's your show & your the boss!! 💋
I don’t really understand why people question what you’ve done, you explain quite clearly what you’re doing
That poor lady must have been so relieved Rhys. Brilliant work as normal xx
Please don’t change a thing about how you and Taylor do things it’s great Dr Zhao won’t even do subtitles?
That has to be one of your best ever Rhys, keep up the excellent work and never let the doubters win!

Syringing the eyes is a outdated method to do wax removals. Hopefully the ENT has more up to date training. Good luck!
Can’t wait to see you and Taylor tomorrow you are so funny together.
The ear drum looked better than I expected. Great job
Thank you for posting these videos. I learn something every time I watch! 🙂

Thank you.
I don't have any wax in my ears, but I know how this lady feels. God bless her. Great job. 👍
What is normally done for polyps like that? Are thet mostly left alone, or removed?
