most if not all of the modern homes I've seen in UA-cam, doesn't have that dark old marble walls and backsplash, the space looks small cuz of the huge sofa which also doesn't hit home w/ the choice of colour... there's natural light but why does it feel dark?
Beautiful exterior, but horrible interior design especially the living room and kitchen. Not very good use of space. The furnishings are also less to be desired. Why would you use a huge sofa and dinning set. Also the use of sliding doors to separate interior rooms is weird. Seriously you don't need a urinal if you have a toilet. You need a better stager for this house to sell.
I am Japanese, but my wife is from Antiporo, so I would like to give my elderly parents a house where they can live in a quit place. It is equipped with an elevator and I think the price is reasonable. I have one or the questions ①No' an inverter air conditioner placing the cooler? ②Land is small ③If you stick a vinyl sheet on the ceiling, it will pell off after two years😣
The servant room is located at 7:07 in the house tour po 🙂, the elevator goes up to the 3rd floor only but you will have access to the 4th floor using the stairs 😊
Oo nga eh, dapat sa mga property sellers hinahayaan nalang nila yung buyer mag decide kung anong furnitures, appliances preferred nila….kaso yung iba kase tinitirhan or pinapa upa muna nila bago ibenta at magamit nila kaya ayun….most of the time hindi akma sa lifestyle or preference ng future buyers mapipilitan pang isama yung mga yun sa pricing. Personally ayoko talaga ang kulay ng sofa and kitchen seats, pati bedsheets
as for the presenter, your accent is very hard to understand. Words are repeated too much to a point its cringe to listen to. Also its like you are eating your words. Then you mentioned 6 car garage when its only 2. tsk As for the house, the house is poorly designed. For something demanding a 35M price tag, and a massive Floor area of 540sqm , everything seems cramped. from living room to bedrooms. not really ideal. Then the colour scheme, yuck. again from design perspective, the kitchen! horrendous! they paid more attention to the dirty auxiliary kitchen than the main kitchen itself. i guess bad staging
