I guess it would have been better if mejo open at hindi closed off yung harang ng stairs, sana ginawa nalang nilang gaya don railings ng stairs going up nagmukhang masikip yung dining area tapos naka separate pa.

Poorly designed house.

I don't understand why there has to be a toilet in every bedroom apart from the Masters obviiously and in this case the 1st room doesn't have any.. So unnecessary and a waste of space, not to mention more things to go wrong when it comes to plumbing. A communal toilet and bath is enough, one on the 1st and 1 on the second floor. Here in the US, a normal house at most has 2 and a half, a powder room on the 1st floor, and full toilet and bath in the Masters bedroom and a communal one on the second floor.

only an idiot will buy this house, houses like this has a big mark on its owner saying rob me! its easy to enter! even in America houses like this doesn't exist(even inside Gated Communities, this is a design to maximize profit and lessen material expenditure to the extrema.
