I randomly stumbled across Mark's coffee table book about cricket about 20 years ago, it was a lovely little way to while away a few minutes on the bog.
Mark Steel is a treasure, his 'Mark Steel's in town' series are magnificent.

Loved this. I only know Mark Steel from his wonderful appearances on the Bugle with Andy Zaltzman - I didn't know he had been part of the Test Match Sofa team. I do love Guerrilla Cricket, but I wish I had known that there was an alternate TMS when it was a going concern!
